Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer returns or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and quality assurance of our solar products.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products under the following conditions:

• Products must have been shipped directly from Mac Impianti
• Items must be faulty due to manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items received compared to order specifications
• Products that don't meet our quality standards
• All returns must be accompanied by original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-designed solar panel systems
• Specially ordered or customized mounting equipment
• Opened or used electrical components
• Software licenses and digital products
• Items damaged due to improper handling or installation by customer

Refund Process

Our refund process follows these steps:

1. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item thoroughly
2. You will receive an email notification about the status of your return
3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
4. Credit card refunds typically take 2-5 business days to appear in your account
5. Bank transfer refunds may take 3-7 business days to process

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Partial Returns and Refunds

For orders containing multiple items:

• Refunds will only be issued for the defective or incorrect items
• The rest of the order remains valid and non-refundable
• Partial refunds will be calculated based on the individual item's price

Delivery Issues

We cannot process returns or refunds in the following cases:

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping address provided by customer
• Customer unavailability during delivery attempts
• Loss of products after confirmed delivery to the specified address
• Damage occurring after confirmed delivery
