Payment Policy

PayPal Payments

When completing your purchase through PayPal, you will be securely redirected to the PayPal payment portal. There, you can complete your transaction by:

• Logging in to your existing PayPal account
• Creating a new PayPal account
• Using the "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" option without creating a PayPal account

Bank Transfer

For larger purchases or commercial installations, we accept direct bank transfers. Our banking details will be provided upon request. Please note:

• Transfers must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Include your order number as payment reference
• Processing may take 1-3 business days

Standard Orders

• Full payment is required at the time of order for standard solar panel purchases
• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation
• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST

Commercial Projects

• 50% deposit required to initiate the project
• 40% payment upon delivery of equipment
• 10% final payment upon project completion
• Custom payment terms available for large-scale installations

• Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method
• Processing time for refunds:
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
• Custom orders and installed systems are non-refundable
